*All graphics, clip art and ready to digitize images are copyrighted 1997-2006 Sheryl's Originals. (this includes the on-line printables as well)
*You may use any freebie or purchased images on BUSINESS, SCHOOL and PERSONAL web sites. You do NOT have to register to use these images on your business web sites or school web sites.
*You may use them on your auction sites as well.
*You may use them on your own personal business cards, address labels, hang tags, candle labels, raggedy labels, newsletters, etc. As long as you are not selling the LABEL you may use them to create labels to spruce up your items.
*You must have a link back to my site at www.sherylsgraphics.com on EVERY web page in which you use my work.
*No direct linking to my pages. You MUST download the images and then upload them to your OWN server.
*No mass distribution of my work. You may NOT put my work into any cd, floppy disk or redistribute my work by any means.
*No putting my work into collection sites or e-card sites. This includes purchased collections or otherwise.
*You may NOT grant, or warrant the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exlusive and fully sublicensable rights and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, or create derivative works from my work to any other party. Nor may you grant the right to any party to distribute or incorporate my work in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed.
*You may NOT pass my work around in graphics lists anywhere.
*You may not share any collection in which you have purchased. If your friend wants the graphics, let them know where you have purchased them so that he/she may purchase their own.
*You may not create banners, logos or any other images, pre made websets or templates or products to sell with my images.
*Please do not use my work for your online adoptions
*You may not alter my work. You may however resize the images as needed in your printing needs or for your web sites.

FAQS:
Question: Do I need to pay a fee to use your images on my commercial web site?
Answer: NO, you do not need to pay any fee to use my free or any collections you purchase on your commercial web site.

Question: Do I need to pay a fee to use your images on my candle labels?
Answer: No. If you are using my images for your own labels, hangtags, business cards, etc. then you do not have to pay a fee.

Question: Do I need to pay a fee if I want to use your images and sell them onto labels?
Answer: Yes. If you are going to be selling the actual labels then there is a one time fee that needs to be paid.

Look at it this way:
If you are using the images on your own labels (for your candles), hangtags (for your products) you are not selling the actual label, but instead are selling the candle, doll, or whatever you have put the label or hangtag onto, the image just helps to make the item look fantastic. If you use them to create your own business cards, or address labels, you are not selling the cards or labels but you are using them to address your letters, or you are passing out your business cards free of charge. So there is no fees.

If you are using them onto labels, hangtags, cards that you will then sell then the image is selling them for you. No one wants to purchase a blank address label, or a blank business card, so in reality the image is doing the selling so then there is a fee to be paid.
