**Digitizing Terms**


*You may embroider my designs onto items and then sell the items that you have created with my design onto them. I do require a copyright notice for my images which reads "Images copyrighted © 1997 and beyond Sheryl's Originals" You are allowed to sell items with my designs embroidered onto them on Ebay
*You may not sell my designs themselves or put my designs on any web site (free or otherwise) unless you register. Registration fee is a one time fee of $150.00 which includes all of my images in which you purchase or any of my free images that I offer for the ready to digitize freebies. This registration fee entitles you to sell my designs on or off web sites in OTHER FORMS than my .bmp. You WILL need to convert them to the various embroidery forms. You still need to have my copyright on the web site/s or on any collection of my designs that you sell, no matter what format they are in.
You may purchase and digitize my graphics collections, including my cds, as well. The same terms apply to them as do my ready to digitize images.
You may also register individual images at $5.00 per image. You'll need to email me for this.

*Please note*** I do NOT digitize at all, in any form so I will not be able to help you with your digitizing questions. I am sorry for this. All I do is create the design and then you take it from there. So I do suggest that you have some knowledge on how to do this.
Also, the colored images are just to show you what the design will look like when colored in. Since I do not digitize, I cannot give you any color codes to use on them, so you may alter the colors to your own desire.
