Most of the answers to your questions can be found throughout my web site. I also have a FAQS page to help with some answers.
I am a one woman business and I have 4 kids, a husband, a house and a dog to take care of. Not to mention all of the errands for each family member plus the normal house errands. I do love to spend time with my family as much as I possibly can, therefore I am not on the computer 24 hours a day.
Therefore, I may not answer your email right away. Normally, I will answer your email within 48 hours IF you email me Monday through Friday between 8am and 3pm Eastern Standard Time. Weekends I am not online too much so don't worry if you order something on a Friday night and I don't get back to you right away, I will by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
If you email me on a weekend or later than the time given above on a Friday, it may take me a little longer to get back to you. If it has been more than 48 hours (on a weeknight and in above time frame) and you have not heard back from me, then please resend your email. Sometimes I don't get every email that comes my way, my computer has been known to fail on me a few times, and also check your return addy and make sure that I can email you back. You won't believe how many times email comes back to me as undeliverable because of a wrong email addy.
