**Commercial Terms**


*Please note that all images are 72 DPI which are suitable for web site useage unless noted otherwise. The crafting images are 300DPI. Due to the nature of my work I do not allow returns unless you receive a damaged CD in the mail, I will then send you another*
If you are wanting to use my images on items that you will sell you need to pay a commercial license fee first. The fee is a one time fee which allows you to use my images in that you purchase or images that are marked as free on my site (unless otherwise noted)
You can create the following from my work to sell...
*labels
*Stationery
*candy bar wrappers
*clothing
*quilts
*cookbooks
*If your item is NOT listed here, please ask before you use my work. Don't assume that you can use them. Items I will NOT give permission for are as follows:
Web Site Sets, Web Site Banners, Web Site Logos, Auction Templates, Patterns, Rubber Stamps, Cafepress items or other Graphics or Graphic Collections. *The web designers license will allow you to create auction templates, web site templates, banners, logos, etc.

*No mass producing of my images. You may not mass produce thousands of my images and then turn around and sell them to larger business.
*This fee also includes putting my images onto address labels and then selling them on Ebay! The fee MUST BE PAID FIRST. Anyone not abiding by these terms agrees to pay my customary rates and fees and may be subject to leagal charges as well.
*This fee allows you to sell items with my images onto them, you may NOT however sell the images themselves. Only the items you put the images onto.
